Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp to monitor your delivery status in real time.

Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, strikes, remote locations, or courier-related issues. JewelPind will not be liable for such delays

Address Accuracy

Please provide the correct shipping address at checkout. JewelPind is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and an unboxing video for verification. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.

In case of lost parcels, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
